Scott Thomas is a former member and Vice President of the Pottsville Area School Board who was twice elected.  During his service on the board, he fought for accountability and transparency, fighting against reckless spending and projects that have contributed to the downfall of what was once the envy of all districts.

Now a resident of Florida, Scott still owns property and pays taxes within the school district and is concerned with the direction we are headed.  He is focused on making the Pottsville Area School District accountable to the taxpayers, students, and the best staff in the country!  As Right to Know requests are responded to, Scott will make them public on this website.
